Perfect for my standing desk setup
I alternate between sitting and standing throughout the day. This chair's height range works perfectly with my sit-stand desk. The arms tuck under the desk when I need them to, and rolling away and back is effortless on the smooth casters. Great companion for a hybrid setup.

Footrest and recline don't play well together
I specifically got this for the footrest to nap during lunch. The trick is you have to lock the recline first, then pull out the footrest — not the other way around. Once I figured this out it works, but it's unintuitive and the footrest feels a bit flimsy compared to the rest of the chair.

Doesn't stay in place
This pillow will not stay on my chair no matter what I try. It slides down constantly and I spend more time adjusting it than working. Needs straps or some kind of attachment mechanism. Returning it.

Solid daily driver
Using this chair 5 days a week for my remote accounting job. Keeps me comfortable through tax season when I'm doing 10-hour days. The only thing I'd change is adding a bit more cushioning to the seat mesh — it's supportive but a touch firm for very long sessions.

Love the washable cover
The milk silk cover feels so smooth and the zipper makes it easy to remove for washing. The foam underneath is firm enough to support but soft enough to be comfy.

Easy for a non-handy person to build

Doesn't flatten like others

Great ergonomics, minor cosmetic thing
Functionally this chair is outstanding. The lumbar support, headrest, armrests, and recline all work exactly as they should. Small cosmetic note: the mesh on my black model shows lint and pet hair pretty easily. I just keep a lint roller nearby. Not a real issue, just something to know.

The mesh seat is surprisingly comfortable
I was worried the mesh seat would feel hard compared to foam padding, but it's actually more comfortable. It has just the right amount of flex and doesn't create hot spots. After four hours of sitting, I don't have that sweaty feeling I used to get with my padded chair.

Comfortable but warmish
The support and comfort are great. It does retain a bit of heat in summer, but the cover is breathable enough that it's not a dealbreaker. Using it daily.
