Can I add or remove fill to change the height?

No. CloudArc's two separate components and WaveRest's one-piece wave profile have fixed shapes. Their listed heights describe physical zones, not adjustable settings.

What sizes are available in this collection?

CloudArc has a 52 × 35 cm combined footprint with a 6 cm rear head area and 10 cm front cervical area. WaveRest is 60 × 35 cm, with a choice of fixed 7/9 cm low-profile or 9/11 cm high-profile long-edge rolls.

Are the covers removable and washable?

Both products have removable zip covers. CloudArc's nylon-elastane covers are documented as washable at 30°C, while its foam must not be washed. WaveRest has a lyocell outer cover and separate inner sleeve; follow its supplied label because the published care guidance conflicts.

Is there a guaranteed body-size fit?

No evidence-based body-size or mattress compatibility range was supplied. Pillow fit is personal and also depends on sleep position and mattress firmness.

Both pillows in this collection use fixed memory-foam geometry whose loft cannot be changed within one pillow. CloudArc is a two-component 52 × 35 cm system with a separate 6 cm rear head cradle and 10 cm front cervical bolster. WaveRest is a one-piece 60 × 35 cm wave pillow available in separate low 7/9 cm and high 9/11 cm profiles. No evidence-based body-size or mattress-firmness fit range is published, so compare the documented shape and dimensions with your usual sleep setup.
