Good lumbar pillow
It's comfortable and does a good job supporting my lower back. The Noble Black color matches my setup. Solid 4 stars — would need to be truly life-changing for 5.

Better than expected
Quality is noticeably better than the Amazon lumbar pillows I've tried. The foam is denser, the cover feels nicer, and the support is more consistent.

Best lumbar support I've found
I work from home as a software developer and spend 10+ hours a day at my desk. The 3-state lumbar support on this chair is incredible — I can actually feel it conforming to my lower back throughout the day. After three weeks, my chronic lower back pain has basically disappeared. Got the black frame with the mesh seat and it looks great in my office.

Really nice for the price
Quality feels higher than the price suggests. Comfortable, good foam, and the cover is soft. I'd give 5 stars but the zipper could be smoother.

The cover is so soft
The milk silk fabric is incredibly soft. I keep touching it. And the support underneath is perfect for my lower back. 10/10.

Great chair, armrest padding could be thicker
Everything about this chair is excellent — mesh quality, lumbar support, recline mechanism, build quality. My only minor complaint is that the armrest pads are a bit firm. They're functional but after a few hours my elbows notice. Would be perfect with slightly softer padding.

Helps with my sciatica
I have mild sciatica and this pillow makes a real difference. The lumbar support takes pressure off my lower back. I can actually sit through meetings now.

Replaced my Herman Miller — no regrets
I had an Aeron for six years and switched to this. The breathable mesh is just as good, and the headrest adjustment is actually better. The 135-degree recline is perfect for thinking breaks between meetings. Assembly took me about 25 minutes with the included tools.

Pleasantly surprised
