A closer look, feature by feature

Rock when you want. Settle when you do not.
FlexRock Duo changes between a curved rocking setup and a fixed 15° footrest. The movement comes from your feet, while the broad reversible deck gives both feet a defined place beneath the desk.

A steady 15° position for both feet
Choose the fixed setup when you want the platform to stay in one defined position. Product documentation lists a 15° support angle, with raised side frames surrounding the 40 × 30 cm deck.

Let the curved profile follow your feet
In rocking mode, small foot movements tip the curved body back and forth. You decide how much to move and when to return to a still position; the footrest does not move by itself.

Store it upright beside the desk
The one-piece footrest can be stood on its edge when floor space is needed for something else. No folding mechanism or disassembly is required for everyday storage.

A compact movement option for seated work
FlexRock Duo fits beneath a home or office desk and lets you alternate between steady foot support and small, self-directed movement. It complements regular standing and walking breaks rather than replacing them.

A reversible deck in a simple polymer frame
The platform, curved side frames, end feet, and screw connections are all visible. There are no motors, springs, or height-adjustment parts hidden inside the footrest.
Two tactile patterns
Turn the platform over to choose between the more pronounced and gentler raised textures.
Polymer construction
Product documentation identifies a polymer plastic body but does not identify the exact resin grade.
Screw-fastened side frames
The side supports attach mechanically to the central platform during initial assembly.

This footrest isn't right for everyone
We'd rather you buy the right thing than the most expensive thing. A few cases where this might not be your best match:
It's an under-desk support, not a chair fix
It keeps your feet supported and moving, but it works alongside a good chair and cushion — it isn't a substitute for back support.
Check the height against your desk
It adjusts from about 4 to 6 inches. If your chair is very high or very low, confirm it sets your knees and hips at a comfortable angle.
Still not sure? With 60-day money-back guarantee — we pay return shipping, there's no risk in trying it at your own desk — if it doesn't fit your setup, send it back.

Two genuinely different ways to use it
The rocking position is helpful when I want my feet moving, while the fixed 15-degree setup is better for focused work. Switching the reversible platform changes the surface feel more than I expected. It is a lot of function for a straightforward plastic footrest.
Broad enough for both feet
The 40 by 30 cm platform is more useful than the narrow bar I had before. I can place my feet apart without reaching for the edge. The texture is quite firm through thin socks, so I normally keep the gentler face upward.
Rocking mode keeps my feet occupied
I often tap or move my feet during calls, and the curved mode gives that movement somewhere to go. It is silent in my setup and requires no lever. When I need a steady support, I turn it into the fixed-angle position.
Assembly is simple but still required
The side frames attach with screws and took a little attention to align evenly. Once assembled, the construction feels coherent and does not need daily adjustment. I appreciate that the page makes the assembly step visible rather than calling it ready out of the box.
Excellent value under a deep desk
For the price, the large platform and choice between moving and fixed support are impressive. The overall height works under my desk without touching the drawer. It is clearly a seated footrest, and I would never try to stand on it.
Useful design, pronounced texture
The functional design deserves praise, but the stronger textured face is too assertive for my feet in socks. Reversing to the milder side solved most of the issue. I would rate it higher if there were a completely smooth option as well.
Stores upright beside the desk
My office corner is small, so the ability to stand the footrest upright between sessions is unexpectedly useful. It does not have to remain under the chair when I clean or switch to standing. The frame shape makes that storage position feel intentional.
Delivery window held despite sparse tracking
The parcel status paused for several days, but it still arrived during the estimate shown at checkout. All screws and frame pieces were present. The black polymer had a couple of tiny packing marks that do not affect use under a desk.
Fixed angle for writing, rocker for calls
I have settled into a clear routine with FlexRock. The 15-degree support feels dependable when taking notes, and rocking mode suits meetings where I am mostly listening. Having both in one object keeps another footrest out of the room.
Honest load guidance matters
The 30 kg rating is for supported feet, not a person's full body weight. That distinction is important and correctly stated. Used while seated, the platform feels appropriate and the side frames guide the rocking action smoothly.
