Really good for the price
Great value. The foam is good quality and the cover feels nice. Only reason for 4 stars is it's slightly large for my small office chair, but it works fine on my dining chair.

Fantastic upgrade from my IKEA chair
Replaced my IKEA Markus that I'd had for five years. Night and day difference. The adjustable lumbar support alone is worth the upgrade — the IKEA one had a fixed curve that never quite fit right. Plus the armrests actually go where you need them with the 3D adjustment.

Bought two more as gifts

Upgraded from a kneeling chair
Tried every alternative seating option — kneeling chair, balance ball, standing desk. Nothing worked as well as just having a properly designed ergonomic chair. This one nailed it. The adjustable everything means I can fine-tune until my body is perfectly supported. Should have started here.

Okay, expected more
It's comfortable but I was expecting firmer support based on the description. The foam is softer than I'd like. Still a decent product but not what I was looking for.

Good chair, footrest is decent
Got the version with the footrest. The chair itself is excellent. The footrest works okay for short breaks but I wouldn't want to use it for hours — it's more of a nice-to-have than a primary feature. For regular sitting and working, the chair is top-notch.

Great rebound
The memory foam has excellent rebound. You can press it down and watch it slowly come back to shape. Still firm and supportive after daily use. Very impressed.

Sciatica relief at last
My sciatica flare-ups have decreased dramatically since switching to this chair. The combination of proper lumbar support and the waterfall seat edge takes all the pressure off my sciatic nerve. I've tried foam cushions, standing desks — this chair is what actually fixed the problem.

Premium quality, looks fantastic
This chair is a showpiece in my home office. The polished aluminum base looks amazing and the mesh quality is clearly a step above. The integrated headrest is positioned perfectly for my height. The synchronized tilt makes reclining feel completely natural.

Seat mesh too loose for my weight
I weigh about 110 lbs and the mesh seat feels too loose for me — I sink in and the edges dig into my thighs. The backrest mesh has the same issue where I don't apply enough pressure for it to support properly. This chair seems designed for people 150+ lbs. If you're lighter, it may not work well.

Built like a tank
Everything about this chair screams durability. The frame is heavy-duty, the mesh is thick and taut, the gas lift is smooth, and the base has zero wobble. My last office chair lasted 18 months before the seat started sagging. I'm confident this one will last years.

Big improvement over my old chair
This is a significant step up from the basic office chair I've been using for years. The mesh is much more breathable, the support is better, and I have far more adjustment options. Only reason it's not five stars is I'm still getting used to the mesh seat feel vs. foam padding.
