Perfect for WFH

Zero chemical smell out of the box
I'm sensitive to off-gassing and was worried about that new chair smell. Pleasantly surprised — absolutely no odor when I unboxed it. The mesh material feels high quality and doesn't have that synthetic plasticky feel. Clean, breathable, and comfortable from day one.

Helped my back a lot
My lower back pain has definitely improved since using this. The memory foam is comfortable and the cover is soft. It just moves around a little when I stand up and sit back down.

It's okay, expected more
The chair does what it's supposed to but didn't blow me away. The mesh is fine, the recline is fine, the adjustments are fine. For my money, I expected the mechanisms to feel a bit smoother and the overall construction to feel more premium. It's a solid mid-range chair, not a revelation.

Sturdy enough for a big guy
At 6'2" and 230 lbs, I'm hard on chairs. This one feels rock solid. The gas spring is rated well above my weight, the base doesn't flex, and the mesh has maintained its tension. The Level 4 gas spring raises smoothly even under my full weight. Six weeks in, still like new.

Great mesh, great support
The mesh quality on both the seat and back is excellent — breathable, supportive, and has maintained its tension after two months of daily use. The lumbar works well for my back shape. Docking one star because the backrest angle adjustment takes some force that can be awkward to do while seated.

The headrest actually works
Most chair headrests are useless — either too high, too low, or push your head forward at a weird angle. This 3D adjustable headrest actually cradles the back of my head and neck comfortably. Makes a huge difference during long Zoom calls when I lean back.

Armrests need padding
The chair body is fine but the armrests are hard plastic with minimal padding. After a few hours, my elbows are sore. For a chair that costs this much and emphasizes comfort, the armrests feel like an afterthought. I ended up buying separate armrest pads. Disappointing.

Good quality, wrong size for me
The quality is clearly good — nice foam and cover. But I'm petite (5'1") and the pillow feels a bit large for my frame. It would probably be perfect for someone taller.
