The footrest is a game changer
I was skeptical about the built-in footrest but it's honestly the best feature. During afternoon slumps, I recline to 135 degrees and kick the footrest out for a quick power nap. Lock the backrest angle first, then extend the footrest — works perfectly. Feels like a business class seat.

Office essential
This should come standard with every office chair. My whole team has them now. Comfortable, supportive, and the price is great.

Very good for the price point
Compared this to chairs in the $500-800 range and it holds its own. Build quality is solid, the mesh is premium-feeling, and the adjustability is excellent. Lost one star because the recline could go back a few more degrees for my taste, but at 135 degrees it's still pretty good.

Comfortable but slides down
The comfort and support are good when it stays in place. Problem is it slides down on my leather office chair throughout the day. I keep having to readjust it. Would be 5 stars with straps.

Breathable mesh is perfect for summer
I live in Phoenix and my old leather chair was unbearable in summer. This mesh back is incredibly breathable — no more peeling myself off the chair after long sessions. The mesh seat cushion stays cool too. Already survived one Arizona summer with zero complaints.

Assembly was easy, instructions could be clearer
The chair itself is great and I'm very happy with it. Assembly took about 30 minutes which was fine, but a couple of the diagram steps were a bit confusing — specifically attaching the armrests. Got there in the end and the chair is rock solid once built.

Nice quality, firm support
The quality is obviously good — you can feel it in the foam and the fabric. It's on the firmer side of comfortable, which I actually prefer. Just took a few days to break in.

Worth every penny for WFH
Been working from home since 2020 and finally invested in a proper chair. Should have done it years ago. The 3D armrests adjust to exactly where I need them for typing, and they fold back when I want to scoot closer to my desk. The mesh seat has great bounce without bottoming out.

So happy with this
The fabric is smooth and skin-friendly, the foam is just right, and it fits perfectly on my chair. I don't get tired even after sitting for hours. Love it.

Good chair but lumbar support sits too high for me
I'm 5'2" and even on the lowest setting, the lumbar support hits more of my mid-back than my lower back. The chair is otherwise comfortable and well-built. If you're average height or taller, this is probably perfect. For shorter folks like me, the lumbar placement might not be ideal.

Casters are whisper quiet
Small detail but the casters on this thing are incredibly smooth and silent on my hardwood floors. No scratching, no noise during video calls when I roll around. The overall build is solid — no wobble, no creaking. Very impressed with the quality at this price.
