No more neck strain
Raised my monitor about four inches to true eye level and the difference to my neck after a full day is huge. The gas spring carries the weight so the screen moves with a fingertip. Clamps firmly and the desk underneath is clear now.

Exactly the right height
Every other lumbar pillow I've owned sits too high — into the mid-back rather than the lower lumbar region. This one positions correctly, presumably because the strap system lets you dial in the exact height. The foam is dense enough to maintain the curve under pressure rather than flattening when you lean back. I recommend it without hesitation to anyone who works long hours at a desk.

Substantial and supportive
It is a big, reassuringly solid chair. The deep seat and high padded back hold me comfortably through long days and the leather looks smart. The recline glides and locks where I leave it. Excellent for the money.

Great posture, ease into it
It genuinely fixes how I sit and my back is happier for it. Like any saddle seat, give yourself a few days to get used to the shape. Once you do it is comfortable for long stretches and the height adjusts smoothly.

Reduced my end-of-day discomfort significantly
I work from home managing remote teams which means a lot of video calls and a lot of hours in a chair. The lower-back discomfort I used to feel by evening has largely disappeared since switching to this. The lumbar support adjustment is precise and the synchro-tilt keeps me comfortable through long stretches of sitting. Mesh is cool in summer. Assembly instructions clear and parts well-labelled.

Kühlt wirklich — sehr zufrieden

Assembly is a two-person job — plan for it
Cleared 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon and had my partner help — we were done in about 22 minutes and everything lined up perfectly. The desk is incredibly sturdy, the presets are genuinely useful for two people sharing, and the cable management tray is well designed. Alternating sit-stand through the day has helped with the stiffness I used to get from sitting all afternoon.

Great support, sit tall
The seat and lumbar work well together and my back aches less by the evening. The seat raised me a little, so I dropped my chair height to match. Once dialled in it is genuinely comfortable and the cover breathes.

Head-drop problem solved
I have a terrible habit of letting my head fall forward when I doze on planes and I always wake up with a crick. This pillow holds my head in a neutral position long enough for me to actually sleep. The bamboo fabric doesn't get hot against my neck even on a warm cabin. Clip is sturdy and hasn't come loose once.

Gut, aber Bezug zieht Fusseln an
Die Ergonomie und die Form des Ausschnitts sind wirklich durchdacht — mein Steißbein dankt es mir täglich. Aber der Bezugsstoff zieht Fusseln und Haare geradezu magnetisch an. Ich muss ihn fast täglich mit einer Fusselrolle bearbeiten, was auf Dauer nervig ist. Für den Preis sollte das besser gelöst sein.

Lovely light, base is the star
Soft, even, flicker-free light and a great dimmer. The USB-C port in the base charges my phone, which reclaimed a plug on my desk. I would have liked a slightly longer reach, but the light quality is excellent.

My back stopped hurting after the first week
I'm not going to make any medical claims, but I will say that I was constantly uncomfortable in my old chair and now I'm not. The tilt mechanism keeps my posture in check even when I forget about it, and the lumbar area of the mesh provides just the right amount of pushback. I work in software and this is hands-down the best investment I've made for my home office.
