Great for driving too
I originally got it for my desk but started using it in my car for the commute. It's the perfect size and doesn't slip around. My 45-minute drive is so much more comfortable now.

Great chair for a reasonable price
Compared this against chairs costing 2-3x more and honestly can't justify the premium. The adjustability is there, the build quality is there, the comfort is there. The Level 4 gas spring is smooth and the overall construction feels very solid. Excellent purchase.

Does what an ergonomic chair should
No gimmicks, just solid ergonomics. The mesh distributes weight well, the lumbar curve hits the right spot, and the headrest provides actual neck support. Could use slightly softer armrest pads but that's my only real complaint. Does exactly what I bought it for.

My physical therapist recommended an ergonomic chair
After months of PT for upper back tension, my therapist said I needed a proper ergonomic chair. Did a ton of research and landed on this one. The adjustable headrest and lumbar support were exactly what was prescribed. Two months later and my tension headaches are way less frequent.

Soft, supportive, perfect
It's very soft and the support is incredible. Got the Elegant Beige color and it matches my home office perfectly. The cover is easy to remove for washing too.

Great pillow, color slightly different
The pillow is really comfortable and the support is perfect. The Elegant Beige color is just a shade different from what I expected from the photos, but it still looks nice.

Comfortable right out of the box
No break-in period needed. Sat down after assembly and it was immediately comfortable. The mesh has a nice balance of support and flex. The lumbar support felt natural from the first minute. Most chairs take a week to feel right — this one was good from the start.

Good investment for remote work
Bought this when my company went permanent remote. The mesh keeps me cool, the adjustability means I can change positions throughout the day, and the overall quality is clearly above average. Half star off for the seat being slightly narrow for sitting cross-legged, but it's an office chair so fair enough.

Petite-friendly ergonomic chair
At 5'1" I struggle with most office chairs being too deep or too tall. This one adjusts low enough that my feet are flat on the floor, and the seat depth works for my shorter legs. The headrest adjusts down to a reasonable height too. Finally a real ergonomic chair for smaller people.

Backrest angle adjustment is stiff
The backrest quality is good and the seat is comfortable. My issue is that adjusting the recline angle requires more force than I'd expect, and doing it while seated is awkward. The armrest height adjustment is also a bit stiff. The chair feels well-built but the mechanisms could be smoother.

Replaced a broken gaming chair — huge upgrade
My gaming chair died after two years of daily use. Decided to get something actually ergonomic instead of another racing-style chair. This was the right call. Better back support, better adjustability, better breathability, and it doesn't make me look like I'm driving a spaceship.

Best lumbar pillow I've owned
I've tried at least four different lumbar pillows and this one is by far the best. The W-shape design actually makes a difference. My posture is better and I don't slump forward anymore.

Nice pillow, takes getting used to
The quality is great and it's very comfortable once you adjust to it. Took me about 3 days to find the right position on my chair. Now I love it.

Great support for pregnancy
