Packing support gear
Travel support only works if you actually bring it. Choose a lumbar cushion that compresses into a carry-on or personal item without losing shape. Avoid bulky products that get left behind after the first trip.
Pack your support in an accessible spot — not buried at the bottom of your bag. If it takes more than 10 seconds to retrieve, you will skip using it on short flights or train rides.
- Choose a cushion that compresses for packing and rebounds quickly.
- Pack support in an accessible pocket or bag compartment.
- Use a carrying strap or clip to attach it to your bag externally.
