Mouse hand saved
My mousing wrist was the problem and the contoured mouse rest fixed it. No more pivoting off a hard edge. The keyboard pad is a bonus that my left wrist appreciates too.

Bright, even, glare-free
For detailed work the even white is perfect, with no shadows or hotspots, then I dim it for reading. The arm aims precisely and the base does not move. My eyes are far less tired after a long day. Recommended.
