I switch between this and a normal chair, and the saddle stool is where my posture resets — pelvis forward, spine stacked, weight on my sit bones. The casters roll well and the base is stable. Highly recommend.
The saddle shape makes slouching almost impossible — you naturally sit forward with an open hip angle. The backrest is a nice touch for when I ease off. Rolls smoothly between my bench and my desk.
