A useful change from standing flat
I do not stay on it for an entire workday. Fifteen or twenty minutes between sitting blocks is enough to change the feel of standing. The broad top is the key feature because I can place both feet naturally rather than aiming for small marked zones.

Stadig dyna, litet luddproblem
Lindringen för svanskotan är på riktigt — jag har haft besvär med svanskotan sedan ett fall för två år sedan och det här är den första dynan som faktiskt åtgärdar problemet i stället för att bara lägga till allmän vaddering. Den enda nackdelen är att överdraget lätt drar åt sig ludd och djurhår. Jag har börjat tvätta det varje vecka. Ändå ett köp som är värt pengarna.
