Beautifully simple rocker

There are no knobs or parts to set up: it is just a well-shaped wooden board that rocks smoothly from one side to the other. It took a couple of short sessions to stop overcorrecting my balance. I would not call it an anti-fatigue mat, but it gives standing meetings a bit more variety.

Firm underfoot and easy to understand

Well made, but firmer than I expected

The wooden construction feels solid and the rocking motion is pleasant, but the ridged deck has no give at all. I now use it for shorter periods with trainers rather than socks. It is a good product if you specifically want a firm balance surface, not a soft standing mat.
