Ik ben een grotere kerel, rond de 270 lbs, en na een week of drie was het schuim zo ver ingezakt dat de uitsparing zijn werk niet meer deed - ik voelde mijn staartbeen weer. Voor gebruikers met een gemiddeld gewicht is het misschien prima en oncomfortabel is het niet, het is gewoon niet de duurzame oplossing waarop ik bij deze prijs had gehoopt. De klantenservice was wel behulpzaam.
