Six defined levels for a higher footrest
RiseRest 6 uses a steel frame and six manual hook positions to place its 40 × 25.5 cm platform higher than a conventional floor pad. Choose the level before sitting, check that both sides are seated evenly, and rest both feet on the textured surface.

Set the platform at one of six hook positions
The frame provides six paired positions rather than a sliding or powered lift. Remove your feet, reposition both sides by hand, and confirm the platform is seated evenly before using it again.

A 40 × 25.5 cm textured platform
The rectangular platform gives both feet one shared surface. Its fibre facing adds a fine texture, but it is a firm deck rather than a foam cushion or rocking surface.

Carry the 3 kg frame by its padded handle
A foam sleeve wraps the upper handle for carrying. The footrest remains a substantial steel-frame product, so the handle is most useful for short moves around the workspace.

Higher support without changing the chair
RiseRest 6 is intended for seated workstations that need a clearly raised foot position. Its open frame leaves room beneath the platform for shoes, while the fixed footprint keeps the six-level mechanism entirely mechanical.

Steel tubing, a firm deck, and manual supports
The frame, adjustment holes, platform supports, floor pads, and end sleeves remain visible. Nothing is concealed behind a powered housing, and product documentation identifies the tubing wall as 1.0 mm.
1.0 mm steel tubing
Product documentation identifies a steel frame made with 1.0 mm tubing.
Textured fibre facing
The firm platform has a fine-textured facing; product documentation does not specify its fibre composition.
Floor-contact sleeves
Rubber end sleeves and nonslip pads cover the frame where it meets the floor.

Finally high enough for my workstation
Low wedges did not reach my feet when my chair was set for the desk. RiseRest starts at a meaningful height and offers six defined levels up to 27 cm. I found the right hook position on the second try and now leave it there.
Steel frame feels appropriate for the job
At roughly three kilograms this is more substantial than a moulded plastic footrest. The tubing and manual platform supports feel well matched to a raised design. It is still easy enough to carry a few metres by the padded handle.
The open shoe space is clever
I had focused on the height settings when ordering, but the free space beneath the platform is equally useful. I can move my office shoes out of the walkway and still rest my socked feet above them. The desk area looks much tidier.
Manual adjustment needs both hands
Changing levels is a proper mechanical operation, not something to do with feet on the platform. I lift it, place both sides in matching hooks and check the seating. The result is steady, but people expecting a quick gas-lift control should understand the difference.
Broad deck for changing foot position
The 40 by 25.5 cm surface lets me keep both feet together or move them apart during the day. It is firm with a fine texture rather than padded. That works especially well with my indoor shoes.
Effective but visually quite substantial
RiseRest solves the height problem and feels dependable, but the upper handle and steel frame are more visible under my small writing desk than I anticipated. It suits an open office workstation better than delicate furniture. Functionally, I have no complaint.
Six levels beat one guessed height
Buying a fixed support online would have been a gamble. Here I could try each paired position and compare. The stepped system is not continuously adjustable, yet the range gave me a much closer fit than a single-height box.
Delivery took patience but met the estimate
Tracking updates were not daily, so I watched the stated window rather than the scan history. The footrest arrived before that window ended and the steel frame was protected from rubbing in the box. No parts appeared bent.
Good support for a drafting-height chair
My taller chair made an ordinary ten-centimetre rest nearly useless. The upper RiseRest settings bring the platform where I actually need it. I appreciate having a documented supported-foot load rather than a vague strength claim.
Firm fibre surface is easy to understand
The top is a textured facing over a rigid deck, not upholstery or memory foam. It feels comfortable enough through shoes and does not compress under my heels. The exact fibre composition is not listed, which is the only material detail I would like added.
