Are the 7 cm and 9 cm heights adjustable?

No. They are the two fixed long edges of one moulded pillow. You can rotate the complete pillow to try either orientation, but there are no removable height layers or controls.

The seven-centimetre edge fits my setup

Two orientations, not adjustable height

Rotating the pillow gives a choice between the fixed 7 cm and 9 cm long edges. That is useful, but it is not the same as adding or removing foam layers. The simple one-piece construction is what I wanted.

Smooth cover, cautious care instructions
