A useful change from standing flat
I do not stay on it for an entire workday. Fifteen or twenty minutes between sitting blocks is enough to change the feel of standing. The broad top is the key feature because I can place both feet naturally rather than aiming for small marked zones.

Die Ergonomie und die Form der Aussparung sind wirklich durchdacht – mein Steißbein dankt es mir täglich. Aber der Bezugsstoff zieht Fusseln und Haare geradezu magnetisch an. Ich muss ihn fast täglich mit einer Fusselrolle bearbeiten, was auf Dauer nervig ist. Für den Preis sollte das besser gelöst sein.

Die Steißbein-Entlastung ist echt – ich habe seit einem Sturz vor zwei Jahren Beschwerden am Steißbein, und das ist das erste Kissen, das das Problem tatsächlich angeht, statt nur allgemein zu polstern. Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass der Bezug Fusseln und Tierhaare sehr leicht aufnimmt. Ich wasche ihn inzwischen wöchentlich. Trotzdem ein lohnender Kauf.
