Works, allow an adjustment period
The posture benefit is real and my lower back is less sore. Give yourself a week of shorter sessions to get used to the kneeling position. Once adjusted it is comfortable for long stretches and the rocking is lovely.

Exactly what my chair lacked
My chair had no lumbar and a flat seat; this set fixed both at once. The curved back fills the small of my spine and the seat takes the load off my tailbone. Cool, comfortable, and easy to fit. Highly recommend.

De lendensteun en het waterval-zitontwerp zijn echte ergonomische verbeteringen ten opzichte van standaard bureaustoelen. De 4D-armleuningen zijn de beste in hun klasse die ik heb gebruikt. Mijn klacht is de knop voor de synchroon-tiltspanning — die is heel gevoelig, en kleine aanpassingen geven grote verschillen in weerstand. Het juiste kantelgevoel vinden duurde langer dan zou moeten. Geen dealbreaker, maar wel goed om te weten voordat je koopt.
