Rotate between seven- and nine-centimetre rolls
The 7 cm and 9 cm rolls run continuously across opposite long edges around one broad, shallow trough. Rotating the complete pillow changes the neck-side roll without adding loose inserts or mechanical parts.

Back sleepers place the neck on a roll, the head in the shallow trough, and the shoulders on the mattress. Side sleepers keep the shoulder off the pillow. Mattress firmness and body proportions still determine fit.

Smooth cover, cautious care instructions
The lyocell-fibre exterior feels pleasant and the concealed zipper is neatly placed. Because the published washing guidance is not completely consistent, I am following the sewn care label and keeping the foam core away from water.

Heavier and steadier than my fibre pillow
The 1.1 kg weight is noticeable when changing the bedding, but the pillow also stays put better than my old lightweight fill. The memory foam reacts slowly and does not need fluffing.
