Which WaveRest version is included?

Select the low 7/9 cm profile (SKU 5733158215482) or the high 9/11 cm profile (SKU 5733158215483). Both measure 60 × 35 cm. These are separate fixed-height options, not adjustable settings.

Are the profile heights adjustable?

No. Each profile has two fixed long edges: 7/9 cm on Low or 9/11 cm on High. You can rotate either pillow to try both edge orientations, but there are no removable height layers or controls.

What is WaveRest made from?

Product documentation lists a polyurethane memory-foam core, a separate light inner sleeve, and a lyocell-fiber outer cover with a raised maze pattern and thin dark piping. It does not provide foam density or an objective firmness grade.

Is it intended for back or side sleeping?

Reference imagery illustrates both. For back sleeping, the neck meets one roll, the head rests in the trough, and shoulders stay on the mattress. For side sleeping, the head uses an outer zone while the shoulder stays off the pillow. Fit remains personal.

Can I wash the cover?

The exterior has a visible zipper and is removable, but product documentation conflicts about washing. Follow the care label included with the delivered pillow. Do not wash the memory-foam core.

Rotate between seven- and nine-centimetre rolls

The 7 cm and 9 cm rolls run continuously across opposite long edges around one broad, shallow trough. Rotating the complete pillow changes the neck-side roll without adding loose inserts or mechanical parts.

Personal fit first

Try both orientations with your own mattress

Back sleepers place the neck on a roll, the head in the shallow trough, and the shoulders on the mattress. Side sleepers keep the shoulder off the pillow. Mattress firmness and body proportions still determine fit.
